The scheme is comprised of three elements arranged around a central courtyard. Block A is a new 9-storey residential block to the east of the site. Block B includes part re-provision of existing high-street commercial space onto Station Road with new residential accommodation above. The single storey commercial element of this block extends back to meet Block A; providing a generous podium roof terrace. Finally Block C, a smaller three storey building provides additional commercial space to the north of the site.
