The project at the Henri Poincaré Institute consists of creating a museum space on the ground floor called ‘House of Mathematics’. The museum project was planned as a unique opportunity to showcase mathematics as a living science from the outset.
The proposal consisted of a reception area and six other spaces that were guided by action verbs, each of which had the following functions: Connect, Become, Invent, Model, Share, and Visualize. The spaces can be manipulated by visitors thanks to mediation devices and custom-made furniture.
